Roll Grinding and Turning

Roll Grinding is integral to our business. If a roll body doesn't start with a good TIR and finish, the pattern thereon is irrelevant. Old rolls also need to be ground to apply a new texture. When we remove the textured surface of your embossing cylinder, it enables us to engrave it anew and helps to extend the life. It also reduces your cost of manufacturing. 

Turning is another way to remove a surface layer from a roller. The process of fine turning a cylinder is an art. Our cylinder turning process will optimize your cost because it can remove more metal at a faster rate compared to grinding.
